He brings the analytical rigor to every engagement — financial underwriting, capital structuring, loan-readiness scoring, and operations consulting. His prior careers in hotel management and real estate built the operational instincts he now applies to small-business clients across every industry.
Thanwa is the relationship engine of the firm — first call, every conversation, every check-in. She holds a Master's in Marketing and has spent over a decade leading client success, retention, and account management for high-volume B2B and SaaS organizations — that combination gave her a working theory of how to keep businesses growing alongside their advisors.
